Explore the variety of enhancement services we provide under "Landscape Design and Installation" and contact us by form, email, or phone to arrange an appointment.
Following the appointment, we will determine the scope of work and discuss the following steps based on project size and timing.
We offer weekly mowing from March to November. New customers are added to existing routes with a designated day of the week (Mon-Fri).
Once enrolled in our service, we will continue weekly mowing until season end.
Yes, you can enroll in full-service property maintenance rather than services-rendered invoicing.
We will create a contract in the winter months for the following growing season. Contract will detail services to be rendered weekly, seasonally, or monthly. The total is then divided into 10 monthly payments from March to December.
Each service plan can be changed or altered to fit your UNIQUE needs!
We have over 30 years of experience estimating and invoicing clients. We take pride in our ability to provide competitive pricing that covers labor, equipment, and material costs while recouping our overhead and target profit.
Office/Invoicing
Invoices are sent the first week of every month for services rendered the prior month.
Exclusions may apply based on contractual agreements.
Please email uniquelandscape@verizion.net with your name, address, phone number, and EMAIL ADDRESS. We will then input your information into our system.
When the invoice is sent out, you will be able to set up a customer portal and pay your invoice and see statements online.
Invoices give itemized run-downs of what services rendered and when. Customers can also pay on invoices. Statements, however, are used to tabulate account transactions and outstanding totals.
Landscaping
Spring and Fall are ideal for most plants because temperatures are cool to warm. There is also higher moisture content in the soil that aids in establishment and hardening off before freezing winter temperatures.
- Moisture Retention: Mulch helps retain moisture in the soil by reducing evaporation, which means less frequent watering is needed.
- Weed Control: A layer of mulch suppresses weed growth by blocking sunlight, making it harder for weeds to sprout and thrive.
- Temperature Regulation: Mulch acts as an insulator, keeping the soil cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter, protecting plant roots from extreme temperatures.
- Soil Improvement: Organic mulches, like wood chips or leaves, decompose over time, adding nutrients and organic matter to the soil, which improves its structure and fertility.
- Erosion Prevention: Mulch helps prevent soil erosion by reducing the impact of rain and wind, keeping your garden beds intact.
- Aesthetic Appeal: Mulch adds a finished, uniform look to plant beds, enhancing the overall appearance of your landscape.
Once a project size or scope is determined, we will let you know if a design is necessary.
Smaller projects will include a scope-of-work based estimate that breaks down the tasks, materials, and labor for the work.
A design may be useful for larger projects to conceptualize softscape plantings and hardscape enhancements. We can also break the project into phases using a design approach.
Core aeration will remove cores or plugs of soil that contain thatch from the lawn, leaving holes in the ground to relieve compaction and increase air and water circulation in the soil. A lawn that is aerated will absorb more water.
