About Our Company
We are a comprehensive landscaping company that specializes in property maintenance and softscape enhancements. We serve a diverse clientele of residential and commercial properties, powered by a dedicated and skilled team of professionals.
Our core values are rooted in our understanding that every property and client have a UNIQUE set of needs that we strive to accomplish from an initial phone call to delivery of services and monthly invoicing.
Our company was founded by Frank and Joni Cerminara in 1990 under the name of Frank Cerminara Landscaping. Frank brings years of experience in landscaping field operations, while Joni has a background in accounting and human resources.
Frank and Joni later joined forces with Unique Designers and Landscapers led by horticulture specialist, Hans Daniels in 2008.
Along the way, sons Vincent, Nicolas, and Alex worked alongside crews in the summer and learned all facets required for well-rounded landscaping provider.
Unique Designers and Landscapers founded by Hans Daniels and based out of Dresher, PA.
Beginnings of Frank Cerminara Landscaping out of Ambler, PA serving the surrounding area focused on creating a long-standing client base.
Local expansion and acquisition of Unique Designers and Landscapers and onset of rebranding as one company.
Continued expansion and enhancement of systems and processes, essential for team development and optimal client service. Sons Vincent, Nicolas, and Alex begin working alongside parents and operations leader Wilbur Maldonado.
Nicolas Cerminara receives degree in Landscape Contracting Design and Build from The Pennsylvania State University. Alex Cerminara graduates from Hatboro-Horsham high school in pursuit of landscape contracting education as well.
